Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Designwings UX/UI School for your learning journey. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
Refund Eligibility:
Cancellation within 7 Days before the Course Start Date:
If you decide to cancel your enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course. Any amount paid as a confirmation or booking of a seat prior to the fee payment are non-refundable in nature and will not be included in any refunds.
Refund after 100% Course Completion:
You may request a refund after successfully completing 100% of the course within 6 months from the course start date. To be eligible, you must have completed all the required assignments, assessments, and projects. The refund shall be made after a positive feedback is received from the mentor or teacher in charge. Any discrepancy with the above mentioned terms will not be entertained with any refunds.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, send an email to hello@designwings.in and admissions@designwings.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]." Please include your enrollment details and the reason for the refund request in detail. We shall respond with request for further information to check eligibility for a refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 30-60 days from the date of receiving a valid refund request as long as all criteria are met.
Exceptions:
Refund requests made after 7 days before the course start date will not be entertained.
No refunds will be provided for partial completion of the course or for any requests made after 6 months from the course start date.
